Q: Can I bake a Peach Cobbler that has thawed in the refrigerator?
A: Our Peach Cobblers are designed to bake from a frozen state; therefore, we do not recommend, nor can we guarantee the quality of, baking a cobbler that has thawed in the refrigerator.

Ingredients: PEACHES, WATER, CORN SYRUP, WHEAT FLOUR, VEGETABLE SHORTENING (PALM OIL AND SOYBEAN OIL WITH MONO- AND DIGLYCERIDES), SUGAR, MODIFIED FOOD STARCH, CONTAINS 2% OR LESS OF THE FOLLOWING: SALT, DEXTROSE, ASCORBIC ACID, CORN SYRUP SOLIDS, CITRIC ACID, BAKING SODA, MALIC ACID, SPICE, COLORED WITH ANNATTO, BLEACHED WHEAT FLOUR WITH MALTED BARLEY

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:

KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO BAKE.FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY COOK BEFORE EATING TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 160°F.
Because ovens vary, adjust time and temperature as necessary.
Convection Ovens: Follow conventional oven directions, but preheat to 350°F and bake for 45 to 50 minutes at 350°F.

Quick Bake:

Place oven rack in center position. Preheat oven to 400°F.

   
Quick Bake:

Remove frozen cobbler from carton and remove plastic wrap.Do not remove cobbler from original pan. Center on a cookie sheet lined with heavy foil. Turn up foil pan edges of cobbler pan to prevent spillover.

   
Quick Bake:

Bake at 400° F for 80-90 minutes until golden brown.

   
Quick Bake:

Remove baked cobbler carefully from oven on cookie sheet with oven mitts. Never handle by edge of pie pan.

   
Quick Bake:

Serve warm in 30 minutes, or cooled after 2 hours. Cobblers are best when they are freshly baked. Store loosely covered in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
